Sunday, 9:44pm, we arrived to our lodging facility  earlier.  We went met Pastor Jimmy in Vickery Baptist Church. He talked about the people we were going to serve and introduced to us ways to greet the different people groups.  We learned how to teach the commandments using our ten figures, and he showed us cool tracts that were geared toward the people of that area.  Pastor Jimmy showed us how the people really know Jesus.  We were reminded that the mission trip wasn't about us at all, but that we were here to serve God and serve the people He had called us to. We were filled with this joy and passion to teach the kids.  We were excited to meet and be able to interact with him.  Afterwards we drove to the Dallas International Street Church greet a worker we met a worker from the Thrift Store.  There were circled and held hands as we went to the Lord in pray.  It was a great experience for us as we learned how to pray aloud and unite together as a team.
